Adding value to the catch – Instruments for brand diffusion

The proposal consists in implementing a system able to collect the data related to the fish market sales in order to provide the final consumer with a transparent information about seafood.

The system presents the following modules:

  1. An App management portal
  2. An App adding value to the catch
  3. A kit adding value to the catch

The synergy of all the instruments adding value to the catch can also be useful for the creation of a catch brand, able to guarantee the quality of the seafood as freshness, genuineness, provenance, organoleptic quality.

 

0 mile canteens

Providing the canteens with "healthy and genuine" products, agreeable to the user and offering all the guarantees from the point of view of the ingredients used and the organoleptic and hygienic quality, That’s the result of agreements about supplies with the fish markets.

In line with a policy of respect of the environment, the 0-mile canteen further contributes to the reduction of residues and waste, introducing the concept of participation and territorial cooperation.

 

Automated ice dispensers

The ice distribution management presents some critical issues for the fish market sellers and buyers.

The solution proposed by Infoteam is an automated system that can be activated through a personal card (tax id number) for those accredited with the market. It is invoiced at the end of the month upon final balance (ice purchase and fish delivery).
